Founder, Steve Goolsby, started out in construction on a framing crew when he was 15 years and went on to become a builder in both residential & commercial construction for many years. After seeing a need for home inspectors with hands-on building experience, he began inspecting houses in 1996. Steve was also a featured inspector on the Clark Howard Show. His son & co-owner, Jonathan Goolsby, started inspecting homes with his father at age 11 & now has over 20 years experience inspecting homes.
